We are unable to offer a refund for change of minds.
However, for any quality-related matter, we have a 14-day return/refund policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
If for any reasons, you are unsatisfied with our products, we would love to hear from you! It's important for us to understand the issue, so we can work out a satisfactory outcome for you!
We are more than happy to offer a replacement, refund or store credit for any quality-related matters. Most importantly, your feedback helps us grow and improve!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve looked into the matter, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
